People v. M.C.:   M.C. was charged with Felony Menacing because a family member falsely accused him of threatening her with a gun. We at Baumgartner Law were able to prove to the Denver District Attorney that this did not happen and the case was dismissed.  We also had the matter sealed so it does not appear on his criminal history.
