People v. A. R. – After a tragic interaction with a senile family member our client was wrongfully arrested by the Commerce City Police Department and charged with felony assault on an at risk person. Managing attorney S. Birk Baumgartner was able to obtain a speedy and just dismissal of all charges after a careful and compassionate investigation into the facts. This is one more example of how the police rush to judgement in sensitive family relationships and frequently come to the wrong conclusions.
