People v. A. K. – Our client A.K. discovered that her children were intoxicated and needed her help. When she came to their aide, one of the children had falsely told the police that she supplied them with alcohol. In an all too common rush to judgement the police arrested and charged our client with contributing to the delinquency of a minor even though she was completely innocent. After a strong presentation to the District Attorney demonstration the many errors in the investigation, our client was exonerated and her case was completely dismissed.
