People vs. J.D.:  J.D. was charged with Interference with a Police Officer.  In this case, our client was assisting a houseless client of hers to relocate during a Denver Police Department “clean up” of Lincoln Memorial Park.  During this time, a protester was knocked down to the ground by the police.  She was charged with Interference with a Police Officer for helping that person up. The jury found our client not guilty at trial and the Court sealed this matter.
