People v. T.M.:  T.M. was charged with Interference with a Police Officer and Failure to Obey a Lawful Order.  He was stopped, detained, and arrested without reasonable suspicion or probable cause by the Denver Police during the recent downtown protests. After Baumgartner Law filed a motion to suppress all evidence for this unconstitutional action, the Court agreed and threw the case out.  Not only was this matter sealed, we protected T.M. from possible serious immigration issues.
