California Sensible New Police Shooting Law

By wpbaumgartner • October 24, 2019 • no responses

California has passed one of the only sensible police brutality laws in the nation. Now, like any other person in the country, a law enforcement officer must show that ending a civilian’s life was a last resort, not simply one of possibly many “reasonable” options.
